Abstract: This study examined the relationships between socioemotional skills, intrapreneurship, and work flow among members of Junior Enterprises (JEs). Participants included 113 university students aged 18 to 44, recruited through online outreach. Three validated scales were used: the Socioemotional Skills Scale ( Emotional Awareness;. Emotional Regulation; Social Awareness; Emotional Self-Control; and Emotional Creativity), the Work-Related Flow Inventory (Work Absorption; Work Engagement; Intrinsic Work Motivation) and the Intrapreneurship Scale (Strategic and Renewal Behaviors; Adventurous and Innovative Behaviors). Results indicated high levels of socioemotional skills, particularly in social awareness (M = 5.55, SD = 0.48) and emotional creativity (M = 5.16, SD = 0.65). Workflow also showed satisfactory averages, with engagement standing out (M = 5.22, SD = 0.93). Intrapreneurship was positively correlated with emotional creativity (r = 0.361, p < 0.01) and intrinsic motivation (r = 0.598, p < 0.01). The findings suggest that JEs are conducive environments for developing socioemotional skills, intrapreneurship, and work flow, enhancing professional training and adaptability to market demands. ; Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação) ; Este estudo investigou as relações entre competências socioemocionais, intraempreendedorismo e fluxo no trabalho entre membros de Empresas Juniores (EJ).
