      We present a comprehensive dataset comprising 104 whole-slide images with 308 tissue strips, all derived from endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) specimens. This collection includes not only the most common differentiated adenocarcinomas but also precancerous lesions, providing a valuable resource for research on early gastric cancer and its precursors.
