Hanefîlerce kabul gören bazı hadislere leknevî’nin itirazları

İnönü Üniversitesi Uluslararası Sosyal Bilimler Dergisi, Cilt 7, Sayı 1, (2018), www.inijoss.net ; Lakhnawî (d. 1304/1886) is an Islamic scholar who lived in India about a century and a half ago. Although he was engaged in many Islamic studies, his books were mostly related to fiqh and hadith. Lakhnawî adopted the Hanafi sect and tried to reveal the justification of Hanafis in his books. Nevertheless, he did not accept the views of the Hanafis from time to time. He followed a moderate path in the imitation of the sect, and embraced and acted on views he perceveived to be true without regarding whose view it was. In this study, we focused on the objections of Lakhnawî to the hadiths accepted by Hanafis. Lakhnawî elaborated on his objections to the Hanafîs’ procedure in the hadith method in his books. Therefore, his objections to Hanafis’ method of hadith were not included in the scope of our research. O, birçok İslâmî ilimle iştigal etse de kitapları daha çok fıkıh ve hadisle ilgilidir. Leknevî, Hanefî mezhebini benimsemiş, kitaplarında Hanefîlerin haklılığını ortaya koymaya çalışmıştır. Buna rağmen zaman zaman Hanefîlerin görüşlerini kabul etmemiştir. O mezhebi taklit konusunda orta bir yol takip etmiş, doğru olduğunu düşündüğü görüş kimin olursa olsun onunla amel etmiştir. Bu çalışmada Hanefîlerce makbul kabul edilen bazı hadislere Leknevî’nin yönelttiği itirazlar üzerinde durulacaktır. Leknevî, hadis usûlü konularında Hanefîlere itirazlarını usûl ile ilgili kitaplarında net bir şekilde ortaya koymuştur. Bu sebeple onun usûl-i hadis konularında Hanefîlere itirazları araştırmamızın kapsamına dâhil değildir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Leknevî, Hadis, Şerh, Hanefî, Ehl-i hadis
