La transición educativa entre las etapas de Educación infantil y Educación primaria

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado muestra la importancia que tiene la transición educativa entre las etapas de Educación Infantil y de Educación Primaria, puesto que se trata de un momento único por el cual el niño ha de pasar. Por ello, se expone la necesidad de diseñar un plan de transición educativa que garantice y favorezca el desarrollo cognitivo y emocional de los niños que pasan por este proceso. Además, para que sea una transición beneficiosa, se ha de tener en cuenta la perspectiva y mirada de los niños, ejes centrales de este proceso, así como contar con la coordinación entre las distintas etapas, la colaboración de las familias y la implicación de cada uno de los agentes. El desarrollo cognitivo y bienestar emocional son requisitos que han de estar siempre presentes y para ello este trabajo recoge una serie de actuaciones y pautas a seguir para lograr una transición educativa exitosa en la que el niño esté acompañado en cada paso que debe de dar, atendiendo a todas las posibles necesidades. ; This Final Degree Dissertation shows the importance of the educational transition between the Kindergarten and Primary Education stages, as this is a unique moment that the child has to go through. For this reason, the need to design an educational transition plan that guarantees and promotes the cognitive and emotional development of the children who go through this process is presented.
