The relevance of knowledge in organizations provoke growing academic approaches in various areas, promoting increasing the complexity in obtaining information at the expense of the variety of journals. Thus, this study aimed to perform a bidirectional relationship between authors of scientific works versus literary references, in order to reveal sources of information more related to the author's research interest and guide the searches other researchers addressing similar contexts of research. The analyzes consider 346 publications and 9,394 literary references coming from 32 journals with extract A1, A2 and B1, through the quantitative approach the type exploratory- descriptive. As a result have been identified, within the Knowledge Management, references more cited by some authors, who cite more certain authors, references and authors more used, and it was concluded that the references are more numerous, related to recent decades of publications regarding the date at article, to can elucidating that studies tend to maturity after years of its publication. ; A relevância do conhecimento provoca crescente produção acadêmica abordagens acadêmicas em diversas áreas, elevando a complexidade na obtenção de informações em detrimento da variedade de periódicos. Neste sentido, este estudo objetivou realizar uma relação bidirecional entre autores de produções científicas versus referências bibliográficas, de forma a revelar fontes de informação mais relacionadas ao interesse de pesquisa de autores e nortear buscas de outros pesquisadores que contemplem contextos semelhantes de pesquisa. Para tal foram realizadas análises de 346 publicações e 9.394 referências literárias oriundas de 32 periódicos com extrato A1, A2 e B1, por meio de abordagem quantitativa de caráter exploratório-descritivo.
