International audience ; This work is an historical and historiographical recognition of some central themes developed by Ludwig Boltzmann in statistical thermodynamics upon which, in the context of the new quantum theory that was coming, some outcomes of other authors (among whom are Albert Einstein, Wolfgang Pauli, Paul Ehrenfest and Max Born) have put in, and which have then allowed to achieve further contributions in regard to the emerging quantum electrodynamics and scattering theory ; Questo lavoro è una ricognizione storica e storiografica di alcune tematiche aperte da Ludwig Boltzmann in termodinamica statistica sulle quali, nel contesto della nuova teoria quantistica, si sono poi innestati i lavori di altri autori, fra cui Albert Einstein, Wolfgang Pauli, Paul Ehrenfest e Max Born, i quali hanno permesso il conseguimento di ulteriori contributi nell'ambito dei primi elementi della elettrodinamica quantistica e della teoria dello scattering
