Abstract: “Training to meet the needs of society” is an actual problem of the higher education in our country. The lack of integration of training with the labor market demand and usage is considered to be a long-time existing weakness and limitation of higher education. To solve this problem, it is neccesary to have an overall solution, in which a great importance is attached to collecting, processing and providing information to adjust the relationship between higher education and labor markets. On the basis of studying the law of supply and demand on the labor market and actual situations in our country, the author has proposed an information mechanism which can have an effective impact on this relationship. ; “Đào tạo đáp ứng nhu cầu xã hội” là một vấn đề có tính thời sự của giáo dục đại học nước ta. Tình trạng thiếu gắn kết giữa đào tạo với sử dụng và nhu cầu của thị trường lao động được xem là một hạn chế, yếu kém cơ bản tồn tại nhiều năm nay của giáo dục nước nhà. Giải quyết vấn đề này cần có giải pháp toàn diện, trong đó việc thu thập, xử lý và cung cấp thông tin để điều chỉnh mối quan hệ giữa giáo dục đại học và thị trường lao động giữ vai trò đặc biệt quan trọng. Trên cơ sở nghiên cứu quy luật cung - cầu của thị trường lao động và tình hình thực tế ở nước ta, tác giả bài viết đề xuất một cơ chế thông tin có thể tác động hiệu quả đến mối quan hệ này.
