The attained results allow declaring the effectiveness of the application of the proposed strategy. ; Esta investigación hace frente a un componente del banco de problemas del Centro Mixto “Amador Liens Cabrera” del municipio Buey Arriba. En ella se precisa como objetivo: la elaboración de una estrategia didáctica para el aprendizaje de la ortografía con énfasis en la acentuación de palabras. Durante el proceso investigativo se empelaron métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos – matemáticos. En el primer epígrafe se sistematizan los referentes teóricos del proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje de la asignatura Español – Literatura en la educación preuniversitaria, con énfasis en la acentuación de palabras. Un segundo epígrafe permite acercarse a una estrategia didáctica que modifique este estado actual. Los resultados alcanzados permiten declarar la efectividad de la aplicación de la estrategia propuesta.
