      International audience ; This work in progress investigates the evolution of logistics services in last-mile delivery,specifically in the Urban Logistics Space (ULS) of Cordeliers in Lyon, France. The studyexplores the current logistics services offered, their advantages and disadvantages, andthe needs of existing and potential users. A longitudinal study was conducted using aqualitative method with semi-structured interviews. Key informants included directstakeholders such as funders, facilitators, operators, existing users, and potential users.Interviews were conducted in 2017 (3 interviews) and 2023 (4 interviews). Data analysisutilized NVivo, employing thematic and content analysis. Key findings reveal a diverseportfolio of logistics services emphasizing operational, technical, relational, includedrestrictions, and value-added services. Advantages encompass economic, social,environmental, and service aspects.
