Formação docente no ensino jurídico: uma abordagem humanística e crítica das diretrizes curriculares ; Teacher training in legal education: a humanistic and critical approach to the curriculum guidelines

Este trabalho buscou compreender as orientações para a formação do professor do curso de Direito, com base em uma perspectiva humanística. Discutimos a importância da preparação docente para o contexto da crise no ensino jurídico por meio da análise das orientações formativas do bacharel em Direito presentes, de forma implícita e explícita, nas leis e diretrizes curriculares do curso. O método de investigação escolhido para orientar este trabalho foi a pesquisa qualitativa. Para alcançar os objetivos propostos, realizamos um levantamento bibliográfico e análise das leis e diretrizes curriculares da educação jurídica. Compreendemos que a relevância social desta pesquisa é contribuir para novas reflexões sobre as dificuldades da educação jurídica, com vistas a melhorias na formação do docente do curso de Direito. ; This work sought to understand the guidelines for training law schoolteachers from a humanistic perspective. We discussed the importance of teacher preparation in the context of the crisis in legal education, analyzing the training guidelines for law graduates, which are present in the laws and curricular guidelines of the course, both implicitly and explicitly. The research method chosen to guide this work was qualitative research. To achieve the proposed objectives, we conducted a bibliographical survey and document analysis of the laws and curricular guidelines for legal education. We understand that the social relevance of this research is to contribute to new reflections on the difficulties faced by legal education, in the search for improvements in the training of law schoolteachers.
