      Background: Adolescents are characterized by significant physiological, psychological, and social changes; these will put them at high risk for several sexual and reproductive health problems. There is a lack of comprehensive studies addressing the burden and risk factors affecting adolescents" sexual and reproductive health in Ethiopia. But there was no study that assessed the factors associated with female adolescent reproductive health service utilization in the study area. Objectives: The study was aimed to assess the prevalence of reproductive health service utilization and associated factors among female adolescents of Fitche Town North Shoa Zone, Oromia Region, Ethiopia from March 18 to April 15/2024. Methods: A community-based cross-sectional study was conducted, supplemented by qualitative methods, utilizing a systematic random sampling technique. Data was collected using pretested interview-administered questionnaires and entered to Epi-data version 3.1 and exported to SPSS version 26 for analysis. Binary and multiple logistic regression analysis were done to assess the association between dependent and independent variables. For the qualitative data, phenomenological study was conducted and thematic analysis was employed. Results: The utilization rate of reproductive health services among female adolescents was found to be 47.1%(95% CI:42.6-51.9%).Female adolescents age 15-19 years ( AOR=4.632,95% CI: 1.626-13.196),current in school(AOR= 3.462,CI:1.337-8.965),having good knowledge about RHS(AOR=4.486, 95% CI: 1.781-11.299) and Good attitude of health provider (AOR= 4.666,CI: 1.739-12.518) were significantly associated with utilization of reproductive health service of female adolescent . Conclusion and recommendation: Reproductive health service utilization among female adolescent was less than half. Age, current schooling status, Female adolescent knowledge about reproductive health service and attitude of RH service providers were factors that were found to have association.
