Teacher training in History: sensitive knowledge, memories and dialogues ; Formação docente em história: conhecimentos sensíveis, memórias e diálogos

The text describes and analyzes scenes and situations experienced by the authors in the task of teacher training, initial and continued. The data collection method is based on a collective research project whose methodology is the ethnography of school culture elements. In possession of these scenes and situations the theoretical discussion is made, with concepts drawn from the field of History and Education. The central concepts that orient the discussions are tools in the improvement of the work of teacher training of the researchers and authors of the text. The process of teacher training is understood as an enterprise simultaneously institutional and a choice of existence itself, combining search for a way of life and strategies of care of self. This whole process is thought of in the field of history teaching, the area of action of the authors, and involves the classroom approach of living and sensitive issues in the history of the present time, the living past, human rights education, freedom of teach and the right to learn. ; O presente texto apresenta registros de cenas e situações vividas pelos autores na tarefa de formação docente, inicial ou continuada, extraídas de um projeto coletivo de pesquisa pautado na etnografia de elementos da cultura escolar. A partir disso, faz-se a discussão teórica com base em conceitos extraídos dos campos da História e da Educação, que orientam as problematizações e constituem ferramentas no aperfeiçoamento do trabalho de formação docente dos pesquisadores. O processo de formação docente é assumido como empreendimento simultaneamente institucional e uma escolha da própria existência, combinando busca de um estilo de vida e estratégias de cuidado de si. Todo esse processo é pensado no campo do ensino de História, área de atuação dos autores, e envolve a abordagem, em sala de aula, de questões vivas e sensíveis da história do tempo presente, os passados vivos, a educação em direitos humanos, a liberdade de ensinar e o direito de aprender.
