Nasal lavage titers are indicated by the total height of each bar. Colors within the bars represent unique barcodes, and the height of each color indicates the relative frequency within the sample. Only samples that were plaque-positive are shown. Red lines show LOD of 50 PFU/mL. Plots for individual animals are paired with those of their cage mate. For the exposed animal in the first aerosol transmission pair of Replicate 1 (GP10), most reads were discarded due to poor quality, and the data from this animal were excluded from further analyses.
