Zentrumsinterne Evaluation der Transplantationsergebnisse nach Rescue-allozierter Nierentransplantation ; Internal Evaluation of Transplantation Results after Rescue-Allocated Kidney Transplantation

Zur Erweiterung des Pools an postmortal gespendeten Nieren wurden Rescue-Allokationsalgorithmen (RA) entwickelt. Im 8-jährigen Beobachtungszeitraum (2010 – 2018) konnten 258 Nierentransplantationen nach RA vs. Standardallokation gegenübergestellt werden. Trotz deutlich schlechterer Ausgangsparameter der RA-Nieren waren sowohl Transplantat- als auch Patientenüberleben nach 5 Jahren vergleichbar, was sich auf die entsprechende Auswahl von passenden Spendern UND Empfängern zurückführen lässt. ; To enlarge the pool of deceased donor kidneys an algorithm for rescue allocation (RA) has been established. During the 8-year observation period (2010 – 2018) 258 kidney transplantations could be confronted: RA vs. standard allocation. It turned out that, although RA-kidneys had significantly worse initial parameters, 5-year graft and patient survival were comparable, which was eventually ascribed to the appropriate choice of donors AND recipients.
