Abstract: This manograph is a literary review about the main pancreatic diseases in dogs and a report of two cases of pancreatic carcinoma that was diagnosed in Veterinary Hospital of the Federal University of Paraíba, between the years 2017 and 2018.The review is about anatomophysiology of the pancreas, pathologies, means of diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, the literature of veterinary medicine has been revised, articles and books containing information related to the threats that affect the pancreas of companion animals was been used. The second part of this monograph has a case report format, using the norms of the Semina Magazine "Qualis B2", entitled: pancreatic carcinoma in dogs: case report. The diagnosis of pulmonary carcinoma is based on histopathology, histochemistry and immunohistochemistry. Among the pancreatic carcinomas, the intraductal mucinous neoplasms stand out as a particular morphological function, characterized by the intraductal proliferation of mucinolytic cells by cystic dilatation of the pancreatic and blood ducts in human medicine. However, they are called diagnoses in dogs, using nomenclature. The papillary intraductal mucinous neoplasms present a morphological metamorphosis of the pancreatic carcinoma and were highly aggressive, given the metastatic potential, being accompanied by multisystemic signs. The diagnosis should be made based on the thorough clinical and pathological evaluation. Pancreatic carcinomas should be inserted into the differential diagnosis of hepatitis, cholangiocarcinomas, liver cirrhosis, chronic pancreatitis, and other debilitating strokes of dogs. ; Descrevem-se, nesta monografia, uma revisão de literatura sobre as principais afecções pancreáticas de cães e o relato de dois casos de carcinoma pancreático diagnosticados em cães atendidos no Hospital Veterinário da Universidade Federal da Paraíba entre os anos de 2017 e 2018.
