      Nowadays, to participate in society, one must know the scientific-technological world that surrounds us. In this sense, scientific literacy is increasingly present and is an aspect to improve in ESO. To solve this, cooperative learning is one of the most used methodologies at the present. The ICT can facilitate the performance of this methodology because they may eliminate the temporary and spatial barriers. Therefore, in this Master thesis, an intervention proposal has been devised for the didactic unit on human reproduction of the 3rd course of ESO in the subject Biology and Geology. This proposal based on a cooperative learning methodology with ICT use. To improve teaching-learning process and, in this case, students’ scientific literacy. With this purpose, several ICT have been used to improve the students' learning. Firstly, Kahoot application has been used to know students’ previous ideas by teacher. Then, virtual lab has been used to improve students’ theoretical knowledge because it made possible to do simulations. So, it promoted inquiry and scientific understanding. Finally, wiki tool has been used. It was possible to do a cooperative work. At the end of the proposal, the following conclusion has been reached: the ITC have the ability to improve learning both the students and the teachers. So, the ITC can make easier the learning of the selected teaching unit. ; Hoy en día, para participar en la sociedad, se debe conocer el mundo científico-tecnológico que nos rodea. En este sentido, la alfabetización científica está cada vez más presente y es un aspecto a mejorar en la ESO. Para solventar esto, en la actualidad, una de las metodologías más usada es el aprendizaje cooperativo. El desempeño de esta metodología puede ser facilitado por el uso las TICs, dado que éstas posibilitan el acceso a la formación y tienen la capacidad de eliminar las barreras temporales y espaciales existentes.
