      AWPT 24_25 Talk 11. 16 th July 2025 – Queer ageing, affirming LGBTQ+ identity, language, culture, and history. In this talk, we will explore identity, its shifting nature, and how community can help affirm one's innermost concept of themselves. Jay Virgo is the Communications and Engagement Manager for the LGBTQ+ charity for Milton Keynes, Q:alliance. Trustee for Community Foundation. Jay is a passionate advocate for the autistic community, engaging with stakeholders to improve accessibility and support throughout all services.
