This thesis describes anemic patient in the malignant myeloid context (MDS/AML) requiring blood transfusions. These two malignant myeloid diseases, the pathogenesis of anemia in each of these two hemopathies and the existing treatments will be described. The patient patway associated with erythroid transfusion will then be detailed and several areas for improvement will be proposed and discussed. ; Ce travail de thèse a pour objectif de décrire le patient anémique dans le contexte myéloïde malin (SMD/LAM) ayant recours aux transfusions érythroïdes. Ces deux pathologies myéloïdes malignes, la pathogénie de l’anémie dans chacun des deux contextes et les différents traitements existants seront décrits. Le parcours de soins lié à la transfusion érythroïde sera ensuite détaillé et quelques axes d’amélioration seront proposés et discutés.
