Instrucciones al virrey y la Audiencia de México sobre el establecimiento de conventos franciscanos, agustinos, y dominicos en Nueva España. El rey reitera que las religiones no tienen que obtener licencia de los prelados para erigir doctrinas y que estas se erigiesen en áreas sin parroquia para aumentar la conversión y educación religiosa de los indígenas.
