      This research explores the techno-stress derived from the use of technologies in preschool teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic and identifies the association with its creators and inhibitors. A quantitative and exploratory study was carried out with 54 women, who work in different rural and urban municipalities in Puebla, Mexico. The results showed that techno-invasion and technological overload are the main indicators of techno-stress in female teachers; In addition, the inhibitors would not be exercising their protective function, possibly due to the occasional and abrupt context caused by the pandemic. Finally, the need for more studies on the phenomenon in current sanitary conditions is suggested, with the aim of deepening its association with other variables. ; La presente investigación explora el tecnoestrés derivado del uso de las tecnologías en docentes de educación preescolar durante la pandemia por COVID-19 e identifica la asociación con factores creadores e inhibidores de éste. Se realizó un estudio cuantitativo y exploratorio con 54 mujeres, que laboran en distintos municipios rurales y urbanos en Puebla, México. Los resultados mostraron que la tecno-invasión y la sobrecarga tecnológica son los principales indicadores de tecnoestrés en las docentes; además que los inhibidores no estarían ejerciendo su función protectora posiblemente por el contexto ocasional y abrupto por la pandemia. Finalmente, se sugiere la necesidad de más estudios sobre el fenómeno en las actuales condiciones sanitarias, con el objetivo de profundizar su asociación con otras variables.
