Vybrané aspekty zákaznické zkušenosti v konkrétní prodejně se sportovním zbožím ; Selected factors of customer experience in a sports' store

Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na odhad profilu typického zákazníka a zákaznickou zkušenost spotřebitelů ve sportovním obchodě Decathlon. První část charakterizuje klíčové pojmy a definice nutné k porozumění dané oblasti, na základě odborné literatury. Druhá část popisuje charakteristiku vybraného sportovního obchodu a jeho přístup k zákaznické zkušenosti. Následně jsou odhad profilu zákazníka a zákaznická zkušenost analyzovány na základě marketingového výzkumu prováděného pomocí rozhovorů se zaměstnanci, pozorováním a osobního dotazování zákazníků. A na základě této analýzy jsou navržena opatření ke zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků ve sportovním obchodě Decathlon. ; Obhájeno ; This bachelor thesis is focused on the estimation of a typical customer and the experience of consumers in the Decathlon sports shop. The first part characterizes the key concepts and definitions necessary to understand the area, based on the literature. The second part describes the characteristics of the selected sports shop and its approach to customer experience. Subsequently, the estimation of the customer profile and the customer experience are analyzed on the basis of marketing research conducted through the interviews with emploees, observation and personal interviewing of customers. And based on this analysis, measures are proposed to increase customer satisfaction in the Decathlon sports store.
