Food Sovereignty: from speech to action ; Soberanía Alimentaria: del discurso a la acción ; Soberania alimentar: do discurso à ação

Food sovereignty is a political and structuring alternative against the current agri-food model, making visible the food, ecological, economic and financial crises that highlight the need to address these situations simultaneously. This research will allow participants to generate critical reflections on food sovereignty, through the living laboratory experience, which directs the reflections to think about food sovereignty in curricular and didactic terms. Therefore, the objective is to identify students' reflections on food sovereignty in a given context. In order to achieve this objective, the methodological proposal is proposed through living laboratories with approximately 40 fifth grade students of the Corvide Educational Institution located in the San Antonio de Prado district of the city of Medellin. This study was conducted through a qualitative methodology with an action-research approach. In the preliminary results, it is possible to identify the development of critical thinking that allowed to generate critical reflections. ; La soberanía alimentaria se constituye en una alternativa política y estructurante contra el modelo agroalimentario vigente, visibilizando las crisis alimentaria, ecológica, económica y financiera que pone de manifiesto la necesidad de abordar estas situaciones de manera simultánea. La presente investigación permitirá que los participantes generen reflexiones críticas frente a la soberanía alimentaria, a través de la experiencia de laboratorio vivo, la cual encamina las reflexiones a pensar la soberanía alimentaria en términos curriculares y didácticos. Por consiguiente, se plantea como objetivo identificar reflexiones de los estudiantes sobre soberanía alimentaria en un determinado contexto.
