    • Abstract:
Carl Schmitt's Political Theology exposes the existence of systematic and methodical analogies between law and theology. For him, the parallelism between theology and law reflects the necessary unity of religion and politics in the representation of concrete (normative) orders, since in both theology and law, the representation of political unity enables the existence of a concrete legal order.
