      Optical imaging spectroscopy in phantoms must have the scattering and absorption properties that are characteristic of human tissues, and in recent decades many useful models have been created in the laboratory. In this work, an overview of their composition and optical properties is outlined, separating matrix, scattering and absorption materials, and discussing the spectral behavior of each of them. Possible matrix materials may be water, gelatin, agar, polyester or epoxy resin and polyurethane, or polyvinyl alcohol gels. In this work, silicone was used as a matrix and two dyes were added to it, to imitate the optical properties of human skin, namely: Nakin and Titanium Dioxide. The amount of silicone was the same for all the phantoms, only the amounts of dyes were varied and for the production it was necessary, mainly, a precision scale, so that everything was properly weighed; mixer, to mix the dyes with the silicone and a vacuum chamber to remove all bubbles from the phantom. Although these dyes are already established as agents that mimic the absorption and scattering coefficient properties of human skin; the objective is to observe the influence of Nankin in the scattering. The analysis is carried out from the data characterization made by the Integrating Sphere and data obtained by the SFDI (Spatial Frequency Domain Image). From this it was observed that the Nankin used can compromise the results by also scattering the light, this can be justified because it is a molecular dye and because it does not form a solution with silicone and Titanium Dioxide because they have different chemical properties. ; Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação) ; Espectroscopia ótica de imagem em fantomas deve ter as propriedades de espalhamento e absorção, que são características dos tecidos humanos e, nas últimas décadas, muitos modelos úteis foram criados em laboratório.
