Abstract: The study aimed at investigating the linear correlation between the levels of Pb, Cd in flesh with the CAT, GST enzymes activities in liver of common carp and major carp with exposure time from 0 to 60 days. The results have showm that when exposed to Pb, the levels of Pb in flesh in the experimental tanks increased with increasing exposure time and in flesh of the control tank did not change; the activity of CAT and GST enzymes tended to increase after 45 to 60 days of exposure. When exposed to Cd, the levels of Cd in flesh in the experimental tanks increased strongly; All the major carp fish exposed to 0.05 mg/l Cd died after 45 days. The results of the linear correlation analysis showed that: The etermined average had statistically significant correlation (P <0.01) between CAT activity and Pb concentration in flesh of major carp; The correlation was low and statistically significant (P <0.05) between GST activity and Cd concentration in both studied fish species. ; Nghiên cứu được thực hiện với mục tiêu tìm hiểu mối tương quan tuyến tính giữa hàm lượng Pb, Cd trong cơ thịt với hoạt tính enzyme CAT, GST trong gan của cá trôi và cá chép với thời gian phơi nhiễm từ 0 đến 60 ngày. Kết quả cho thấy, khi phơi nhiễm Pb, hàm lượng Pb trong cơ thịt cá tăng theo thời gian phơi nhiễm ở các bề thí nghiệm và không tăng ở bể đối chứng; Hoạt tính enzym CAT và GST trong gan cá chỉ tăng sau 45 đến 60 ngày phơi nhiễm. Khi phơi nhiễm Cd, hàm lượng Cd trong cơ thịt cá tăng mạnh ở các bể thí nghiệm; Sau 45 ngày phơi nhiễm ở bể với nồng độ Cd 0,05 mg/l cá trôi bị chết hết. Kết quả phân tích tương quan tuyến tính cho thấy, xác định được tương quan trung bình và có ý nghĩa thống kê (P <0,01) giữa hoạt tính CAT với hàm lượng Pb trong cơ thịt cá trôi; tương quan thấp và có ý nghĩa thống kê (P < 0,05) giữa hoạt tính GST với hàm lượng Cd trong cơ thịt ở cả 2 loài cá.
