Abstract: This document proposes the development of a research proposal based on self-care at the natural spa at Fundación Social Salud Holística (FSSH) where various healing practices of ancestral wisdom are brought together using natural elements, such as water, air, fire, and earth, to provide care for health and life from a perspective of relational thinking, with the participation, in this case, of students from the Specializations in Critical Care, Wounds, and Ostomies in the nursing major at Universidad del Valle and from the Holistic Care program at Universidad Libre (Libre University). The systemization process will entail the use of a creative research approach with its methodological moments and field instruments - log, card, sheet, and matrix - to gather information about the experiences of the relevant stakeholders in each phase of this process during the course of implementation of natural health practices, based on what is simple, easy, and elementary to maintain health and life.
