The issue of the employment status of workers on digital platforms is a matter of concern common to many countries. The role that the courts are playing, in the face of increasing judicialisation, is relevant. The aim of this study is to point out the main criteria that Spanish courts are using in resolving cases that have arisen in recent months in this area.
