Abstract: This study examines how the fields of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Human Resource Management (HRM) have interacted and evolved between 2020 and 2024 within the context of global transformations, using bibliometric analysis. A total of 364 publications indexed in the Web of Science database were reviewed to identify major trends, productive authors, leading journals, and emerging themes. The VOSviewer tool was used for network visualization and analysis. The findings indicate that Sustainability is the most productive journal, while China, Pakistan, and the United States lead in publication output. Yusliza, M.Y. and Cooke, F.L. stand out as the most productive authors. The analysis is limited to data obtained from the Web of Science database. Conducted during a period when concepts such as COVID-19, sustainability, remote work, and ESG-driven HR practices have come to the forefront, this bibliometric analysis offers an original contribution to understanding the intersection of CSR and HRM. Moreover, the study points to new directions for future research in the field.
