El embarazo precoz en las estudiantes de décimo año de Educación General Básica Superior de la Unidad Educativa Fiscal 3 de Mayo de la parroquia Ríochico del cantón Portoviejo, Ecuador

El objetivo planteado fue diseñar una estrategia de comunicación educativa que contribuya a la prevención del embarazo a través de relaciones de comunicación afectivas en los estudiantes de décimo año de Básica Superior en la Unidad Educativa Fiscal 3 de Mayo de la parroquia Ríochico del cantón Portoviejo. La metodología implicó la realización del enfoque mixto cualitativo-cuantitativo con la finalidad de establecer resultados objetivos que ayuden a resolver la situación problémica. La investigación fue aplicada debido que realiza aportes a la resolución de un problema científico desde la parte práctica. Dentro de los resultados cabe indicar que, existe poco conocimiento sobre embarazo precoz, de igual manera desconocen sobre los cambios que trae un embarazo en la adolescente, la educación sexual es casi nula, en cuanto si la institución educativa brinda información sobre embarazo la respuesta fue nunca, asimismo, tienen poco conocimiento adecuado sobre el uso de métodos anticonceptivos, nunca los padres de familia hablan de temas sexuales con sus representados; mientras, los docentes supieron afirmar que en torno a las charlas sobre embarazo precoz no se imparten charlas, a ello se suma la repuesta unánime en torno a que las adolecientes ven afectado su desarrollo personal y estudiantil ante el embarazo precoz, por último, respondieron sobre la necesidad de abrir diálogo sobre el tema tratado, es decir, del embarazo precoz. Mientras que las conclusiones, los padres de familia no dedican tiempo a entablar diálogos con sus hijos, descuidando aspectos claves inherentes al desarrollo de los adolescentes. La intención es evitar los embarazos precoces entre la población objeto de estudio. PALABRAS CLAVE: Comunicación; embarazo precoz; adolescentes; desarrollo personal. Early pregnancy in tenth-year students of General Basic Education of the Fiscal Educational Unit 3 de Mayo of the Ríochico parish of the Portoviejo canton from Ecuador ABSTRACT The proposed objective was to design an educational communication strategy that contributes to the prevention of pregnancy through affective communication relationships in the tenth-year students of Basic Superior in the fiscal educational unit 3 de Mayo of the Ríochico parish of the Portoviejo canton. The methodology implied the realization of the qualitative-quantitative mixed approach with the purpose of establishing objective results that help to solve the problematic situation. The research was applied because it makes contributions to the resolution of a scientific problem from the practical part. Among the results, it should be noted that there is little knowledge about early pregnancy, in the same way they are unaware of the changes that a teenage pregnancy brings, sexual education is almost nil, as far as if the educational institution provides information on pregnancy, the answer was likewise, they never have little adequate knowledge about the use of contraceptive methods, parents never talk about sexual issues with their clients; meanwhile, the teachers were able to affirm that around the talks on early pregnancy there are no talks, to this is added the unanimous response that adolescents see their personal and student development affected by early pregnancy, finally, they responded about the need to open a dialogue on the topic discussed, that is, early pregnancy. While the conclusions, parents do not spend time to engage in dialogue with their children, neglecting key aspects inherent to the development of adolescents.
