Blood transfusion is considered as a medical intervention. So the liabillity is a medical liabibility as the responsibility of the supervising doctor in it is considered a medical responsibility, but it differs from it in terms of the commitment of the doctor who generated the error and the causal relationship. The doctor’s commitment to the patient is to exert care as a general principle, but in the process of blood transfusion is obliged to achieve the result of the patient's safety, if he breaches its general obligation, it is his responsibility and the patient to prove the causal relationship between his mistake and the damage done to him, but in the responsibility generated On the process of blood transfusion, the causal relationship hypothesized enough for the patient to prove the process of blood transfusion and the damage done only without proving the causal haircut between them.
