El seguro de vida grupo deudores como un caso de contratación conexa

Related, linked or associated contracting is an expression of contemporary contracting characterized by the concurrence of a plurality of autonomous contracts that are linked to each other to achieve an objective of an economic and legal nature. The objective of this article is to present the results of a qualitative research with a dogmatic approach that, supported by the documentary technique method, allowed tracking and analyzing contracts and specialized articles to examine whether the creditor group life insurance contract is an assumption of related contracting and determine the legal-economic cause of the contractual alliance. It is concluded that the creditor group life insurance is indeed a related contracting event and, therefore, the legal effects of this contractual system are applicable to it.
La contratación conexa, vinculada o coligada es expresión de la contratación contemporánea, caracterizada por la concurrencia de una pluralidad de contratos autónomos que se vinculan entre sí para alcanzar un objetivo de carácter económico y jurídico. Este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar los resultados de una investigación cualitativa de enfoque dogmático que, apoyada en el método de la técnica documental, permitió rastrear y analizar contratos y artículos especializados, para examinar si el contrato de seguro de vida grupo deudores es un supuesto de contratación conexa y determinar la causa jurídico-económica de la coligación contractual. Se concluye que el contrato de seguro grupo deudores efectivamente es un evento de contratación conexa y, por lo tanto, le son aplicables los efectos jurídicos de este sistema negocial.
