    • Abstract:
      It was determined the content of lactat and pyruvate, lactat/pyruvate ratio of free oxidited and reduced nicotinamide coenzymes NAD/NADH in organs of rats at protein biosynthesis inhibition. It has been revealed that the content of lactate and pyruvate researched in rat organs changes to different degree at the effect of antibiotics (aktinomicin, chloramfenikol), and the ratio of free NAD/HADH decreases. Injection of the polivitamin complex promoted to correction of the noted changes.
