      Disclosed is an atmospheric information network comprised of a group of low earth orbit satellite-based sensors providing global coverage of the earth, together with one or more ground-based sensor networks, together with one or more mobile sensor networks, all operating to collect near-real-time or real-time data, together with data gathering from other governmental and commercial atmospheric data sources, together with software algorithms and processes for data reduction, data analysis, correlation of information, data fusion, modeling, reporting of near-real-time or real-time atmospheric conditions of air pollution and wind, and prediction of future atmospheric conditions of air pollution and wind. Such information is presented in geospatial and infographic formats on computer or mobile device displays, or electronic billboards.

A method comprising: receiving, by a device, atmospherics information comprising location-based atmospherics data; identifying, by the device, geographic information corresponding to a location; analyzing, by the device, based on the geographic information, the atmospherics information; determining, by the device, based on the analysis of the atmospherics information, an actionable set of instructions, the actionable set of instructions enabling modification of an environment related to the geographic information of the location; and storing, by the device, the actionable set of instructions in a database accessible over a network to at least one of the device or device at the location.

The method of claim 20, further comprising: causing, by the device, execution of the actionable set of instructions, the execution comprising retrieving the instructions from the database and causing the modification of the environment related to the geographic information of the location.
