Enchophora sanguiflua n. sp., une nouvelle espèce néotropicale de Fulgoridae (Hemiptera : Fulgoromorpha)

Une nouvelle espèce de Fulgoridae est séparée d’Enchophora stillifera. Si les populations de Panamá et du sud du Costa Rica sont bien à rapporter à cette espèce, celles du Nicaragua, du Honduras et du Guatemala appartiennent à une autre espèce ici décrite. La localité type d’E. stillifera donnée dans la description (Mexico) ne correspond pas à la localité du spécimen-type présent dans les collections du Rijksmuseum à Stockholm. Il s’agit vraisemblablement d’un lapsus calami pour la localité ‘ Chiriqui’ dont la consonance rappelle plusieurs toponymes mexicains.
Enchophora sanguiflua n. sp., a new neotropical species of Fulgoridae (Hemiptera : Fulgoromorpha). A new Fulgoridae species is separated from Enchophora stillifera. If the populations of Panamá and south of Costa Rica undoubtly belong to this species, those of Nicaragua, Honduras and Guatemala belong to another species here described. The type locality of E. stillifera given in the description (Mexico) doesn’t correspond with the datas of the type specimen in the collections of the Rijksmuseum in Stockholm. It is most probably a lapsus calami for the data ‘ Chiriqui’ which sounds very similar with some Mexican toponyms.
