    • Abstract:
Amoxicillin (AMX) is a typical antibiotic drug detected in the aqueous environment and is potentially harmful to humans. The effects of AMX solution concentration and operating pressure on Nano filtration removal performance were investigated, and the effects of magnesium ions and humid acid (HA) on AMX separation performance were explored. The result showed that the increase of AMX concentration significantly enhanced the separation efficiency of Nano filtration, while the membrane adsorption increased; the increase of operating pressure mainly enhanced the membrane flux and had little effect on the removal rate. The addition of Mg2e caused a slight increase in the removal rate at pH 5 and 8, and a slight decrease in the removal rate at pH 10. In the presence of Hate AMX removal rate tended to decrease and then increase with increasing hand the removal rate at low HA concentration(5 mg/L) was greater than that at high concentration" 10 mg/L) . The above results showed that membrane sieving was the main mechanism of AMX removal by Nano filtration, and the addition of HA enhanced the membrane sieving erffect, and Mg2e had little eefect on the removal rate of AMX.
