      The constitutions in question included between their texts the protection of social justice by stipulating them explicitly, as a constitutional principle that the public authorities must ensure their application in their actions or goal that the authorities are required to ensure as much as possible, and also the constitutions included social justice implicitly, as the legislator does not provide for social justice directly, but this can be deduced through the spirit of the text of the constitution as well as through its guarantee of rights at the heart of the constitution and the judiciary has the constitution A role in deriving the constitutional protection of social justice by exercising its role in interpreting texts and monitoring the constitutionality of laws, so we will present in this research the guarantees of constitutions in comparative countries for social justice.       ان الدساتير محل المقارنة تضمنت بين نصوصها حماية العدالة الاجتماعية من خلال النص عليها بشكل صريح وذلك بوصفها مبدا دستورية يجب على السلطات العامة ضمان تطبيقها فيما عنها من اعمال او هدف يرجى من السلطات ضمانه قدر الامكان وايضا تضمنت الدساتير العدالة الاجتماعية بشكل ضمني حيث ان المشرع لا ينص على العدالة الاجتماعية بشكل مباشر وانما يمكن استنباط ذلك من خلال روح النص الدستور وكذلك من خلال ضمانه للحقوق في صلب الدستور ويكون للقضاء الدستور دور في استنباط الحماية الدستورية للعدالة الاجتماعية من خلال ممارسة دوره في تفسير النصوص والرقابة على دستورية القوانين لذا سنعرض في بحثنا هذا ضمانات الدساتير في الدول المقارنة للعدالة الاجتماعية.
