The requirements for converting industrial technical schools into pioneering schools in the light of reverse engineering - a future vision. (English)

The aim research is to identify the requirements for converting industrial technical schools into pilot schools in the light of reverse engineering, by reviewing the concept of industrial technical education schools, the characteristics of industrial technical education schools, the most important types of industrial technical education schools in Egypt, the emergence of entrepreneurship, the definition of the pioneering school, The concept of entrepreneurship, the importance of entrepreneurship in technical education schools, the justifications for converting industrial technical education schools into pioneering schools, the concept of reverse engineering, its objectives, steps to apply the reverse engineering methodology, justifications for its use, and exposure to examples of reverse engineering applications in developed countries, The research relied on the descriptive approach, using the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, as it is one of the most important and appropriate tools for the descriptive approach. The research came up with presenting some of the requirements necessary to transform industrial technical schools into pioneering schools in the light of reverse engineering, represented in: legislative and administrative requirements, human requirements, and material, technical and equipment requirements. Teachers have confidence in its practical application, and prepare a clear plan to transform technicalindustrial education schools into pioneering schools that employ modern approaches and methods such as reverse engineering. هدف البحث إلى تعرُّف متطلبات تحويل المدارس الفنية الصناعية إلى مدارس ريادية فى ضوء الهندسة العكسية، وذلك من خلال استعراض مفهوم مدارس التعليم الفنى الصناعي، ومميزات مدارس التعليم الفني الصناعي، وأهم أنواع مدارس التعليم الفنى الصناعي بمصر، ونشأة ريادة الأعمال، وتعريف المدرسة الريادية، ومفهوم ريادة الأعمال، وأهمية ريادة الأعمال بمدارس التعليم الفني، ومبررات تحويل مدارس التعليم الفنى الصناعي إلى مدارس ريادية، ومفهوم الهندسة العكسية، وأهدافها، وخطوات تطبيق منهجية الهندسة العكسية، ومبررات استخدامها، والتعرض لنماذج من تطبيقات الهندسة العكسية بالدول المتقدمة، وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي مستخدمًا الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات باعتبارها من أهم وأنسب أدوات المنهج الوصفي. وتوصلَ البحث إلى تقديم بعض المتطلبات اللازمة لتحويل المدارس الفنية الصناعية إلى مدارس ريادية فى ضوء الهندسة العكسية تمثلت في: المتطلبات التشريعية والإدارية، والمتطلبات البشرية، والمتطلبات المادية والفنية والتجهيزية، وقد أوصى البحث بإعداد دليل إجرائي للهندسة العكسية يوضح الأهداف والإجراءات والممارسات المتميزة وفق قوانين وتشريعات تمنح المعلمين الثقة فى التطبيق العملى لها، وإعداد خطة واضحة لتحويل مدارس التعليم الفنى الصناعى إلى مدارس ريادية توظف المداخل والأساليب الحديثة كالهندسة العكسية.
