Model of strategic organization social-work for young egresados institutes of protection ; Modelo estratégico de organización social-laboral para jóvenes egresados de los institutos de protección

Este artículo muestra los resultados de la investigación realizada para identificar los intereses, motivaciones, necesidades de capacitación de los jóvenes egresados, personal administrativo y de apoyo, las relaciones existentes entre ellos y el tipo de recursos físicos, financieros y humanos de los Hogares de protección , para lograr una organización estratégica que brinde bienestar a dicha población. ; This article shows the results of the research conducted to identify the interests, motivations, training needs of young graduates, administrative and support staff, the relationships between them and the type of physical, financial and human resources of the protection household in order to achieve a strategic organization to provide welfare to the above mentioned population.
