It is clear that women occupy more occupied spaces, more and more, it is observed that the functions also increase and so, sometimes, women have multifunctions, including mothers, students, workers and caregivers. Thus, the general objective of the study turned to to identify the role and influence of the woman's family in the labor market. The methodology used in the study started from a qualitative approach, where there was an Integrative Literature Review, which was carried out in January 2022. The described Women, Family and Labor Market were used for the articles in the Scientific Library databases Online Electronics (SCIELO) and Virtual Health Library (BVS). Thus, 8 articles were found, after filtering 5 inclusion and exclusion criteria, only 5 were used.
