    • Abstract:
      Pengembangan sistem pengelolaan sampah kota yang efektif dan environmentally sustainable selalu menjadi tantangan bagi kota-kota di negara berkembang, termasuk bagi Kota Surabaya. Situasi ini diperburuk oleh tingginya angka sampah yang dihasilkan sebagai hasil meningkatnya angka urbanisasi, pertumbuhan penduduk, dan peningkatan ekonomi. Perencanaan manajemen pengelolaan sampah yang efisien memerlukan peramalan yang akurat, khususnya perkiraan jumlah sampah yang harus dikelola. Forecasting timbulan sampah dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa pendekatan. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan model Seasonal ARIMA dan Decomposition baik untuk Additive dan Multiplicative untuk melakukan forecasting timbulan sampah DKRTH Kota Surabaya. Dari analisis yang dilakukan model Seasonal ARIMA memberikan performa yang terbaik sehingga dapat digunakan untuk melakukan forecasting deployment. Data histori yang digunakan adalah data Tahun 2017-2019 untuk forecasting Tahun 2020.
