O povo camba em espaços transnacionais: entre dupla ausência e múltiplas violências en Mato Grosso do Sul (Brasil)

O povo Camba vive desde meados do século XX na fronteira Brasil/Bolívia e interage com os mais diversos atores sociais desse amplo território, fixando moradia, principalmente, no bairro Cristo Redentor em Corumbá/MS. Este grupo, que se autodenomina “Camba”, há décadas sofre com dupla ausência: do estado boliviano e pelos limites de cidadania impostos pelo Estado brasileiro, bem como, por parte da sociedade, múltiplas discriminações, preconceitos e tentativas de invisibilidade, por sua naturalidade boliviana e sua identidade indígena. O objetivo deste trabalho é estudar a migração do povo Camba para a cidade de Corumbá, no Estado do Mato Grosso do Sul, Brasil e suas ressignificações identitárias perante a sociedade e o governo brasileiro, como indígenas no Brasil. ; Camba live from the mid - twentieth century on the border between Brazil and Bolivia, they interact with the most diverse social actors of this vast territory, establishing housing mainly in the Cristo Redentor neighborhood in Corumbá / MS. This group, which calls itself "Camba", has for decades suffered from a double absence, from the Bolivian state and from the limits of citizenship imposed by the Brazilian State, as well as from society, multiple discrimination, prejudices and invisibility attempts, by their naturalness Bolivian identity and indigenous identity. The objective of this work is to study the migration of the Camba people to the city of Corumbá, in the State of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, and their identity reassignment to society and the Brazilian government.
