Inzidenz und Risikofaktoren der Post-ERCP-Pankreatitis ; Incidence and risk factors of post-ERCP-pancreatitis

In dieser Arbeit erfolgte die retrospektive Analyse der Inzidenz der Post-ERCP-Pankreatitis und ihrer Risikofaktoren an 404 Patienten mit primärer ERCP und Indikation im Gallengang. Die PEP-Inzidenz betrug 9,7 % (39/404) und der wichtigste Risikofaktor dafür war die akzidentielle Kanülierung des Pankreasgangs (Odds Ratio 4,373, 95%-KI: 2,142 – 8,927, p < 0,001). Die akzidentielle Kanülierung ist ein wichtiger untersuchungsbezogener Risikofaktor, der soweit wie möglich vermieden werden sollte. ; This thesis is a retrospective analysis of 404 patients who underwent first time ERCP with an indication in the bile duct regarding the incidence of the post-ERCP-pancreatitis and its risk factors. The incidence of PEP was 9.7 % (39/404) and its most important risk factor was the accidental cannulation of the pancreatic duct (Odds Ratio 4.373, 95%-CI: 2.142 – 8.927, p < 0.001). The accidental cannulation is a procedure related risk factor which should be avoided as much as possible.
