Le développement de Communautés de Pratique ‘sollicitées’: indicateurs de succès et freins ; Development of 'Elicited' Communities of Practice: indicators of success and obstacles

In line with the European project PALETTE (Pedagogically sustained Adaptative LEarning Through the exploitation of Tacit and Explicit Knowledge), Health CoP aims at supporting the development of Communities of Practice between professionals from the health domain. Specifically addressing the case of hybrid,"elicited" and extra-organizational communities, this study analyses the success indicators and obstacles identified in the literature and proposes to complete them in light of the learnings from the Health CoP experience. These indicators of success and obstacles are then structured according to the stages of a CoP's life cycle. ; Dans la lignée du projet européen PALETTE (Pedagogically sustained Adaptative LEarning Through the exploitation of Tacit and Explicit Knowledge), Health CoP vise à supporter le développement de Communautés de Pratique entre professionnels issus du monde de la santé. Traitant plus particulièrement le cas de Communautés hybrides, “sollicitées” et extra-organisationnelles, cette étude analyse les indicateurs de succès et freins identifiés dans la littérature; elle propose de les compléter au vu des apprentissages tirés de l’expérience Health CoP et des résultats obtenus. Ces indicateurs de succès et freins sont ensuite structurés selon les étapes du cycle de vie d’une CoP.
