    • Abstract:
The material referenced in this item is located externally at the YouTube platform, and can be viewed in full by accessing via the provided link. By understanding the patterns and routines in artists’ behaviours as unique features of creative knowledge making, The Habits of Artists seeks to deepen our insight into art learning. Employing a unique platform through which the audience is engaged in public learning as performance, the research asks whether we can find fitting frameworks for communicating the complexities of art practice, in which often subjective and bespoke logics drive creativity. Jo Addison and Natasha Kidd were commissioned to feature in a film by Tate Research Centre exploring practice as educational research. The film was screened at Tate Exchange as part of You Are Welcome . This item contains links to the film hosted on Youtube and web press for You Are Welcome. For links see 'References' below.
