Keywords: pedagogy, innovative pedagogy, creative, skills, idea, strategy, thinking, creative. The Development Strategy for 2022–2026 sets the tasks of developing pedagogical education on the basis of modern requirements and training quality pedagogical personnel. On the basis of this strategy, the national program for the narration of folk education was adopted. The importance of innovative pedagogy in this regard is high, through which the issue of the development of pedagogical education and the training of potential specialists acquires relevance. Innovative pedagogy presents new approaches to the development of higher pedagogical education, based on the latest achievements of technological progress of the present time. The main attention is paid to the implementation of the process of higher pedagogical education on a new basis because in this branch of pedagogy and the training of personnel who have mastered new technologies. The world in which we live is changing and developing day by day beyond recognition. In each area, proceedings are required in accordance with the requirement of the day. Including teachers working with the growing generation are also burdened with many requirements and responsibilities. The teacher should understand what modern students live with and be in accordance with them. Currently, the requirements that society imposes on the school are increasing every day, and it is the teacher’s responsibility to carry them out in practice with the correct approach to these requirements. Pedagogical activity is one of the most complex areas of human labor. In our current society, the teacher, as a person in the most active position, must possess his modern knowledge, be tirelessly sought after and selfless, because it is an unremarkable process that saves a person from intellectual and spiritual poverty. The implementation of modern standards requires the teacher not only high qualifications and constant professional development, YULDASHEV SARDORKHON RASHITKHON O‘G‘LI Teacher, TSPU after named Nizami CREATIVITY AS A KEY FACTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY https://doi.org/10.47689/STARS.univer-sity-pp241-243 Global dunyoda ilm-fan va ta‘limdagi innovatsion rivojlanishning zamonaviy trendlari 15 dekabr, 2022 yil. 242 but also a creative approach to his work. Of great importance is the fact that the teacher’s creativity is able to rethink and improve his experience, change and creatively use well-known things, qualitatively create innovations. The concept of creativity (lot., ing. “create” – creation, “creative” means creation). It is possible to say that creativity: the pursuit of creativity, a creative approach to life, a constant critical look at oneself and analysis. Based on the dictionaries of modern psychology and pedagogy, the teacher’s creativity can be described as the level of creativity in his thoughts, sensations, communication, a special type of activity, a creative approach, cognition. Creativity responds to the Re-production of existing information in a person and the creation of infinitely new model of them. Paul Torrans also identified four creative skills. His research shows that these creative skills can be formulated and evaluated: 1. Fluency. It is based on the saying that there is a lot of skill to come up with many ideas. 2. Flexibility. The ability to come up with different ideas is based on the word change. 3. Originality. It is based on the saying that the ability to come up with an idea that stands out, not like everyone else, is unique. 4. Creativity. It is based on the saying that the ability to expand ideas is to add.In creativity lessons, when educators are required to come up with great ideas (originality); expand (develop) them; or compare them with other ideas and find the connection in them (flexibility), these skills intersect with each other. Patti Drepeau also shows four ways to develop successfully the qualities of creativity in an individual: • Formation of creative thinking skills;• Develop practical creative movement skills;• Organization of creative activity processes;• Use of creative products (developments). Foreign educators, in particular Patti Drapeau, believe that creativity of one individual, especially a teacher, inspires others to organize their creative process. Creativity has an infectious nature; to be creative, a person must communicate with more creative people and always be in search. It is also possible to develop the ability or skill of creative thinking, as if the formation of any skill is impossible. This also applies to future educators, and work on creativity helps future educators to think in an unusual way. However, to what extent the teacher is qualified to inspire future educators and encourage them to be creative. It serves as a guide in research on creativity and in the formation of creativity skills. It includes elements of the atmosphere in the audience, the formation of a way of thinking in future educators, approaches and strategies of the teacher. Until now, many approaches and methods in the educational system are not focused on creative thinking, but on interpretation and analysis, that is, on understanding the given information and conveying it correctly, on the contrary, on summarizing several pieces of information and drawing a conclusion. Despite significant practical work, many teachers are still unable to master the experience of how to effectively form creative qualities in themselves and future pedagogues. Maybe it is not interesting for future pedagogues to think and plan the lessons in STARS International University 243 advance, maybe the fact that the content of education is set in a certain pattern does not give any incentive for future pedagogues. In the organization of pedagogical creative activity, it is necessary to pay special attention to solving problematic issues, analyzing problematic situations, as well as creating creative products of a pedagogical nature. Abandoning the pre-planning of educational activities, forming and developing critical and creative thinking in future pedagogues, forcing them to think creatively and come up with new ideas is the main factor in changing the attitude to education and encouraging them to achieve success. It is not necessary for a teacher to be creative or not, but to organize lessons in the spirit of creativity, to try new ideas in the educational process. REFERENCES: 1.
